Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

You are required to read and understand them before instructing Kelowna Refrigeration and Appliance Service Ltd. or continuing any service. If you do not accept these terms please do not use the services provided by us. By ordering services you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice given. If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions your only remedy is to terminate the services by 14 days notice to us.

The Appliance described on your invoice has been repaired. Any work carried out by us is guaranteed for 3 months. Any parts we supplied are guaranteed for 3 months with the exception of bulbs, fuses and electronic control boards. Electronic control boards are subject to power spikes and are fitted at your own risk. Household appliances used in a business or commercial setting are not guaranteed. Our guarantee for work and parts is non-transferable.

Any problems that occur in the future with the repaired appliance may be unrelated to our repair. Our Technician will be able to determine whether a problem is related to the previous repair or not. If we are called out to an unrelated issue a reasonable charge may apply. Whilst every care will be taken when moving your appliance we are not liable for damage including but not limited to flooring, floor covering, cabinetry, countertops, electrical outlets or plumbing. All relevant plumbing is checked at the time of the repair, but we are not liable for leaks that occur at a later date. We are not liable for loss of food items stored in the repaired appliance.

We reserve the right to charge an administration charge of $25 for invoices that remain unpaid for a period of 30 days. We will initiate court action if the invoice remains unpaid for a period of 60 days from the date of repair. All invoices are due on completion of works unless agreed to in advance by our Technician.

We reserve the right to cancel our service at any time by notice with immediate effect, without cause.
